Having been lucky enough to witness the birth and growth of Val Thorens since 1972, Alain deeply appreciates the feeling of freedom and tranquillity that can be experienced when skiing off-piste. Through his teaching, he hopes to pass on these pleasures of the mountains to other skiers in search of thrills and beautiful snow-covered landscapes.

In addition to his work as a ski instructor at esf Val Thorens, Alain also runs a rope access company: a real physical and technical challenge for him. He has also had the opportunity to travel to several countries around the world for snow sports, including the United States, Chile, New Zealand and Austria. He has nothing but good memories! From football to mountain biking and hiking in the mountains, Alain's schedule remains very busy.
