With Montagne Expériences by ESF Val Thorens, discover our unusual activities to get away from it all.
Frédéric, a mountain guide, will welcome you to discover the fun use of ice axes and crampons on a natural waterfall near the Cascade chairlift.
Alone or with the family, come and enjoy this activity in small groups (maximum 6 people).
Sessions last 4 hours and cost 110€/person.

Our strengths :

Equipment required :
- Mountaineering or ski clothing Gaiters (to protect your ski trousers from crampons)
- Ski gloves or mittens
- Under-gloves
- Hat (without tassel to put under helmet)
- Drink and snacks
- Mountaineering or ski touring boots (available for hire - hire before the activity)
- Ice axe, helmet and harness (provided by the guide)

- The minimum age has been replaced by a minimum shoe size 36
